Copycat McDonald's M&M McFlurry and such :)

Copycat McDonald's M&M McFlurry Recipe:

I am basically obsessed with M&M McFlurry's, but it's becoming a hassle to drive to McDonald's all the time. So, I figured I could learn how to make my own.

Ingredients:

For the Ice Cream:

  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, almond extract, mint extract, or other flavoring, optional
  • 2 cups heavy cream, cold
For the McFlurry:
  • 1/4 cup of milk
  • 3/4 cup of M&M's (or a candy of your choosing)
  • 2 cups of your homemade ice cream

Directions:

  1. Take two cups of cold heavy cream and whip the cream (using a hand mixer) until the cream stands up when you take out the beaters.
  2. Pour the condensed milk into a bowl and add the vanilla. Mix until the condensed milk no longer has any streaks of vanilla.
  3. Fold together the heavy cream and the condensed milk mixture until they are well combined.
  4. Pour into a loaf pan and freeze for 4-6 hours.
  5. Remove the pan from your freezer and scoop out your ice cream
  6. Blend it together with the milk and M&M's and enjoy!
